Registration

Before joining as Yuupz’s member, you need to install  Yuupz app from Google/ Apple store. Once installed, you can click on Sign up link to register your membership id.

If you cannot find the verification email in your inbox, please be sure to check all folders including promotion/ spam/ junk folders as your email security system sometimes detects them as spam.

Requirement

Yuupz LLP is a one stop review community on product and/or service. To achieve this, we expect our members to feedback their genuine experience on the products and/or services that they’ve tried independently. This will ensure that all reviews submitted are transparent between consumers and business.

We will suspend, remove or disable you from being a member should there be any breaches by you or suspicion of fraud

My Account

We’re sad to see you go, but we respect your decision. To delete your account, please send an email to hello@yuupz.com

You can self-update your personal information under the profile tab via the mobile App. You can update the avatar, name, address and your contact number. Please ensure your details up to date as this will ensure successful deliveries when points are used for redemption. 

Please ensure your log in details i.e. your email and password that you signed up with are correct. If you still can’t log in, try resetting your password. Enter your email address that you used to sign up and we will send you an email with the new password. Please remember to reset your password after you logged in.

It allows you to search for friends via twitter or recommend members to Yuupz via contacts. You can choose to follow and unfollow them by changing the setting in your profile.

Yes. You can sign in to your yuupz account via facebook or google account.

You can turn on and off notifications anytime from the settings tab under edit notification.

Products and/or Services Review Related

Once you’re logged in, click on any product to rate and leave a review in the space provided. Every review written allows you to earn points. However, please note that the points will be removed if we deem that the review posted had breached our Posting Guidelines.

You can add videos and photos in your review. However, please take note that the content of the videos and photos posted are subject to our Posting Guidelines.

No, as we need to maintain an unbiased review for the product/services.

Definitely! We welcome you to share more of your experience with the community.

Product Review reserves its rights to remove reviews or other content for reasons including the risk of legal liability.

We’re relying on your honest reviews to help fellow consumers make better purchasing decisions.

Please only leave genuine and related reviews on the products and do not post any form of advertisements or link on the review platform. However, if you would like us to partner with us to publish your product, you are welcome to email us at hello@yuupz.com.

 

Please note that we reserve the right to remove any links or advertisements that we deem inappropriate.

Unfortunately, once submitted, all ratings and reviews are final and you can’t edit them. However, you can write to us at  hello@yuupz.com for us to edit on your behalf.

Your reviews will help other consumers make better purchasing decisions. Hence, it will be sad if you would like to remove them. Please note that the points will be deducted if you request for a review to be removed.

You can click on the likes and dislikes on people’s comments. You can even comment on the review.

Yes! You can share the reviews across all social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram and more.

For services related, please send us an email to hello@yuupz.com and we will be more than happy to add in the services in the database for your review. 

As for product related, you can scan the barcode and key in the relevant information. We will review and approve the product to be added in our database for your review.

Points Related

Successfully Sign up – 100 Yuupz points

Submit your first Product/Service Review – 5 Yuupz points, Subsequent will be 2 Yuupz points

Like and follow our Facebook page upon signup – 5 Yuupz points (Please PM us your FB user ID)

Like and follow us on Instagram – 5 Yuupz points (Please PM us your user ID)

Every editor pick review – 5 Yuupz points

There may be delays in the issuance of Yuupz Points to you due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues or other issues that are beyond our control. We will rectify and issue the Yuupz Points once we resolve the issue.

Yuupz points will never expire. You can accumulate the points and redeem whenever you are ready.

Transferring of Yuupz Points is not allowed between members. However, there are no restrictions in transferring redeemed Vouchers or Products to another recipient.

You can choose from a variety of Vouchers and other Products in our redemption tab. The items available are based on the quantity available and it is first come first serve basis. If the item is not available, you can redeem it when it is available again.

The Yuupz Points can only be redeemed for Rewards listed in the catalogue. It is not exchangeable for cash or credit.

Anytime you have enough Yuupz Points to redeem a reward, you can select the preferred rewards listed on the Catalogue. Click the reward, select the quantity, read the Terms and Condition before you click the redeem button. Thereafter, the voucher redeem will be reflected in the Redeemed button. If the item is greyed off, it means the item is fully redeemed.

We will mail all reward items within 30 working days from redemption to a local mailing address. Please ensure that your name and mailing address are indicated correctly in your profile. If you have not received your reward item, please contact us at hello@yuupz.com.

All items redeemed are non-cancellable or no changes are allowed.

Others

Occasionally, we will setup a product and/or service as a surprise that members can redeem and it is only available for a limited time. Users can redeem the surprise once you click on redeem button. Hence, please ensure you are at the store before utilizing it.

Whenever there is a promotion, we will release it as a coupon for users to redeem and it is only available for a limited time. We will send out notification to users when there are promotions going on.

Yuupz is not responsible and/or has no connection to your use of a retailer website. Any activity with the retailers will be covered only by the retailers privacy policy and terms and conditions. Prices are indicative and are subjected to change according to the retailers, and there is no guarantee price till you purchase it.
